Group Iglesias for Eurostars Hotels - 2020 Miami

Eurostars Hotels commissioned Grup Iglesias to create a concept and brand for the restaurant in the Langford Hotel 4* in Miami. A first face-to-face visit is made in which the space, area, and competition in the city are analyzed, to later prepare and present the proposal for a new brand. The project includes the creation of a gastronomic concept, name, logo, graphic materials, a decorative project for the existing space, operational manuals, and implementation of protocols and a working system, among others.

The project is executed remotely from Spain, including the search for all types of suppliers, budgets, human resources, or communication agencies for the launch.

Finally, the opening of the restaurant is directed in person in Miami for 30 days, followed by a subsequent continuous remote analysis of operations.
