Hotel Investment Partners commissioned Grup Iglesias to create a restaurant concept for the new Axel Hotel 4* in Madrid, located in a historic building in the city.

It was decided to use the Madrid movement and the icons of the 80s and 90s as the common thread of the project. This concept will be reflected in the decoration, setting, graphics, language of communication, and even in the name of the dishes on the menu.

The space, at the same time, meets all the needs of the hotel, combining the regular service of the restaurant with breakfast, room service, and pool service.

The project includes the delivery of the operating manuals and the communication and launch strategy for the positioning of the new restaurant in the city, as a new fashion site.
