L'Actiu


Opening management of L’Actiu restaurant in Barcelona. The project consists of the creation of a workers team, the implementation of the work and training system, in addition to the management of the restaurant during its first year of operations.

Once the restaurant’s regular service is stabilized, a catering department is created to complement the restaurant’s operations.

The project includes the management of social networks and their daily promotion using the language and style created for the brand.
