Housing reform project for the transformation of a triplex into a four-storey house, winner of an ADIK Best Architecture 2022 award.
Creation of reform concept initial briefing of and contracting the firm of architects LoCa Studio, with which the design and distribution of the spaces were jointly devised.

Continuous review of project implementation and budget monitoring, acting as advisor and liaison between the property owner, architects, and builders.
Once the reform was completed, the entire decorative project was led, managing aspects such as lighting, vegetation, furniture, sound and home automation systems, decoration, or moving to name a few examples, delivering a fully habitable home from day one.
