Project management for the 1,000 m² restaurant in the center of Barcelona, for which monitoring of the works is carried out, the search for materials and suppliers, the creation, hiring and training of the team or the implementation in all elements of the “Bellavista” concept created by Grup Iglesias.

The project includes the creation of operational manuals and the management of the restaurant during the first months of its operation, the creation and implementation of an events department, or the creation of specific campaigns with sponsors and specific collaborations, among others.
