Casa de Tapas Cañota, a historic and renowned restaurant in Barcelona owned by Grup Iglesias, decides to launch its line of franchises. The project consists of a first phase of study of the existing restaurant and brand, for the creation of a style book and definition of aesthetics for new restaurants that respect the spirit of the current one.
An average ticket is defined in accordance with the new locations and a business plan is prepared in accordance with the capacity of the space and clientele in the area.
In the second phase, the new style book is applied to the space that the new restaurant will occupy. The decorative project, lists of materials, machinery, staff organization chart, graphic material and communication strategy, among others, are prepared.
The construction process and opening of the restaurant are supervised.
