Conceptualization and start-up of the renowned Catalunya Spanish cuisine restaurant in the prestigious Marina Bay area of Singapore. The project’s first phase consists of the training and leadership of the room staff and the implementation of work systems, manuals and protocols.

Subsequently, the communication and staging of the concept are coordinated, giving directions in graphic design, purchase of materials, or communication tone. The implementation of all actions associated with the brand is led, such as campaigns, events, or the activation of new formats such as the transformation to Club or Brunch, which will include all graphic design, branding, staging, tableware search and materials, creation of manuals or promotion among others.

Due the success of the project, it was replicated in Hong Kong in 2013.
