Grupo Amnesia is interested in the renowned Espai Kru restaurant in Barcelona, owned by Grup Iglesias, with whom it signs an alliance for the exploitation of the Cova Santa restaurant in Ibiza during the 2018 and 2019 summer seasons.

A study of the space is carried out and a proposal is made for the implementation of the Espai KRU brand and concept, providing directions in the gastronomic offer, decoration, and work systems.

The implementation is carried out in person and includes the creation of all graphic supports, purchase of materials, search for equipment and training, operating manuals, communication plan, or the creation of an events department that will open a new line of business, among others.

The opening and monitoring of operations is face-to-face given the complexity and variety of events carried out in the restaurant’s day-to-day.
