Experience and knowledge to identify all the needs of the project to manage it effectively

and efficiently from start to finish, either in its entirety or by specific areas.

 

Concept and Brand

Find a name, register it, and create a logo and a concept/storytelling that we will apply to cards, web design, social networks, uniforms, letters, tableware, or lettering, to give a few examples. Building a new brand or applying the existing one will imply paying attention to small details that will make a big difference.

Interior Design and Architecture

Find some designers who develop the interior design that represents our brand and to whom we will have to convey the needs of our concept, explain the customer and worker circuits, specify storage spaces, types of lighting and sound, or carry out resistance tests on materials or furniture, to name a few examples.

Gastronomic offer

Defining the type and style of cuisine that we want for our project will be the starting point from which to work on all related aspects, such as: defining the average ticket, searching for suppliers, making scandals or preparing a list of the necessary machinery for the design of our kitchen.

Drinks offer

Like gastronomy, designing the beverage offer requires thinking about many aspects related to its operations. Technical facilities, warehouse capacity, possible agreements with sponsors or the design of a bar, are just some of the aspects that will be directly related to our selection of drinks, wines or cocktails.

Needs and budgets

Search for suppliers and budgets for all types of materials necessary for the establishment’s operations. Kitchenware, crockery, table linen, uniforms, food stationery, cleaning products, letter printing, and computer material, are just some examples of budgets that we must obtain, study, approve, and manage in time for the opening.

IT and Telecoms

A good computer system configuration with which we will work on a daily basis will be vital to ensure an efficient operation. For this, we will work from the first day, defining on a plan the necessary facilities for the POS and we will design the communication system between the teams in the dining room, kitchen, or the different departments.

Human Resources

Create a team organization chart and define staff schedules and their conditions to prepare a budget and hiring schedule. Preparation of the team with manuals and training classes with all the necessary information about our gastronomy, drinks, concept, or service.

Operational Documentation

Fine-tuning of all internal operational control documents, such as inventories, purchase and supplier lists, shrinkage control, service orders, cashier closures, reservation protocols, or cancellation policies, to give a few examples.

Marketing

Prepare a communication and marketing strategy with which to publicize our project, defining what tools we use for our promotion; profiles on social networks, press releases for the media call, an inaugural event with guests or agencies, hiring a photographer to generate communication content or define which communicative tone best fits the brand identity, are some of the aspects that will be addressed.

Administration

Administrative procedures are one of the most complex areas and involve more issues that we must anticipate and manage. Processing the building permit, soundproofing measures, brand registration, obtaining an activity license, hiring a mutual, waste collection or used oil management, are just a few examples from a long list of procedures that we must anticipate.

Accounts and Services

Hire the online reservation platform that we will configure with the room plan, opening hours, capacities and types of reservation with or without cancellation policies. In addition to contracting other types of services that we may need, such as streaming music or audiovisual platforms and the creation of accounts on social networks, among others.

Launching and Opening

The success of the inauguration will mark the promising beginning of our business and for this we will make sure that everything is ready for the big day. Establish the first orders to suppliers to ensure the availability of all the necessary products or carry out service simulations that allow us to detect and correct possible failures to guarantee a successful start and an excellent experience for customers from day one.
